Hey, I recently bought my parts for my computer, and just reallised that i didnt check ram compatibility with my motherboard. I purchaced the msi b350 gaming pro mobo, and Adata XPG Z1 DDR4 8GB 3000MHz CL16 red AX4U300038G16-SRZ ram. Im currently waiting for my parts and so cant check myself if its compatible just yet. I checked the msi website and havent found my ram model in the compatibility section, and that got me worried. This question probably wont get answered but why not give it a try. Will this ram work with my motherboard, and if so, at what speed?

Solution
If companies like MSI want to test every single ram stick there exists, It would take way to much time, and cost to much money.

So if your ram stick isn't in the compatibility list, that does not mean anything. I think it will just work perfectly fine, so test it, and otherwise send it back.
