hi i found a hd 7850 for 300 sek about 35 usd and i will be saving up for the g4560 or the ryzen 1200 and ofcourse i'll upgrade maybe to a 1050ti or 1060 but just when i save up
and what budget psu works for it

Yes, for that price definitely worth it. New GPUs at that price are limited to old cards like AMD's HD 6450 or nVidia's GT 710, both of which are waaay down on the tiers (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html). It'll be more than enough for 720p resolution & should be OK (depending on game & settings) for 1080p.

For 35 USD, not bad.

I don't know about PSU prices in Sweden, but in the Netherlands this are great choices:
- Corsair CX450M
- Be Quiet! Pure Power 10
- Seasonic G-series 450 W
- More expensive: Corsair RM 550x
