New gaming monitor. What to get?

So my not to old Samsung 27" 60Hz Monitor is starting to die in me..
And after spending a fair amount of money last year on my new build I would like to buy a decent monitor to go with my 6700K +Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1. I play a lot of FPS like Battlefield 1. Other games too, but mostly FPS.
That being said, I would like something like min 24"(preferably27" because I am already used to that size and going to a smaller size would be strange at first), 120Hz/144Hz with G-Sync (This is a must in my opinion), if possible 1440p and 1ms.
The main thing would be keeping it under 500€ or my wife would murder me in my sleep..
Btw I live in Germany.

After a quick search I found some options but they all have something not fullfilling one of the above conditions
For Ex:

1080p and no G-Sync

24" and 1080p

60Hz and no G-Sync

24" and 1080p

And some other because this post is closing Bible lenght..

So any thoughts/advices?

Solution
^ the issue is with a €500 budget you can't have the best of both world's.

You want 27inch & 1440p ? You're not getting 144htz & gsync at that price!

If you do go 144htz you absolutely do want gsync 100% irregardless of whether it's 1080p or 1440p.
Gsync is damn expensive!

At 75htz 1440p you can pretty much lock out at 75fps with your setup.
You don't need to enable vsync , fast sync or anything else

Just use rivatuner to set a hardlock 75fps cap & leave vsync disabled

In all honesty when buying a new monitor the best option ia to see them in the flesh , unfortunately nowadays there are barely any physical stores left to do this.

Do not underestimate the difference between a 75hz screen & a 60htz one either , it's a 25% increase &...
@madmatt30

Also saw that one but no G-Sync.
I know I wont get 100fps at 1440p at max. I got 100 fps on Bf1 all max 1080p rendered at 130%.
So at least would be close to 100 on 1440p. But G-Sync would be a good Extra to keep everything smooth..

^ yes but at 75htz you wouldn't need gsync at all.

1440p has roughly 180% of the pixel count of 1080p.

So your 130% scaling is not close.

Enable dsr in nvidia settings.

You can then select 2560x1440 as a resolution in bf1 graphics settings.
Set the screen scaling to 100% & you'll see what fps Youre really going to get at 1440p

I understand what you are saying. But isnt Gsync supposed to get rid of the input lag that the vsync adds? Even when playing at 75fps/75Hz it would be worthwhile, or not?
And at max I can get those framerates, I can also lower a bit a setting or 2 without great quality loss and achieve the same fps at 1440p.
I'm not discarding your opinion. On the contrary. I am seriously considering it. I am only trying to see if there are other opinions or better options.

At 27 inch I would not even consider a 1080p screen anyway, if that monitor was available at that price in the UK (because its essentially a close to €400 screen) I would buy one personally.

The only reason its heavily discounted is because bits old stock now & has been replaced by the 278 which is actually inferior for gaming.

Solution
^ you may get differing opinions (in fact you definitely will)
Its a personal thing , I'll take the higher res , higher graphics settings & the 25% refresh hike over a 60htz screen rather than a 1080p screen with higher fps.
I don't see a need for 109htz + unless you have a vast budget & are into heavily competitive online gaming.

So I have read that without vsync at 75 Hz if I lock my fps at 75 they will still not be synced which can cause tearing.
That can only be prevented using vsync, which causes input lag (although it wont probably be noticeable) or using either Freesync or Gsync. For me obiously only Gsync will do.
I am actually inclined to go for thats Asus Pb277 with its 75Hz as I am not a pro gamer but I'm still itching because of the lack of Gsync.
Will I notice it? Will I be better off with a Gsync monitor?
If I go for Gsync I will have to stay in the 1080p/144Hz area. My budget wont allow me to go for the 1440p. Not at 27".

I'm struggling to decide here..

Edit: so I would have to decide between the Asus PB277Q or something like this Acer XB241H:https://www.caseking.de/acer-predator-xb241h-60-96-cm-24-zoll-144hz-g-sync-tn-dp-hdmi-tfac-033.html

As my options are limited due to my budget, thinking that I have to give some things up, and after carefull thinking and investigating I came to another conclusion. I think I will give up the 1440p and the G-sync.

That being said I found another option. The Acer XF 270Hbmjdprz (which is a hell of reference.. hmmpf)
https://www.caseking.de/acer-xf270hbmjdprz-68-58-cm-27-zoll-144hz-freesync-tn-dp-hdmi-tfac-018.html

I am really used to my old monitor with 27" 1080p so I thought that at the distance from my monitor that I used it, all looks good. It would probably look even better with 1440p, but I am used to this resolution and in reality happy with it. Going for a 24" monitor would make a hell of a difference to me. And everyone talks wonders about the 144Hz and that when you have high fps, you wont feel stuttering, the screen tearing is imperceptible and the smootheness is impressive. The tearing is more percetible when you go over the 144Hz as when you don´t reach it. Although that monitor has Freesync it won´t bother me as I have no use for it. If actually feel the need, I will use v-sync at 100Hz or so.
For 329€ I think it is a good trade off. If for some reason this monitor isn´t available anymore like Wednesday when I will try to get it, I think I will go with the Asus 1440p/75Hz.

So I bought the Acer XF270H, 27", 1080p, 1ms and 144Hz monitor.
I never thought the diference would be so big! It is in fact A LOT SMOOTHER!
Very happy with it. Struggled a bit with the colour calibration but I managed to get it with good colours and contrast.
Indeed I think I made the right choice.
