EaseUS Todo Backup not moving

I've been trying to clone my external drive for a while, and it's not really working. It's been running for over 30 hours and hasn't moved for around 27 of those.
The drive I'm cloning is a HGST Touro Mobile 1TB USB 3.0, and I'm cloning it to a 5TB Western Digital Black.
This drive has had problems in the past, such as chkdsk taking over two weeks to complete and me having to just stop chkdsk entirely before it's finished, but all the files can still be accessed with ease and during normal use there's no problems. Still, I'm worried about how long it has left to live considering things like the chkdsk issue, and I really need a backup for it. Because of it's bad sectors, I'm doing it sector-by-sector to try to make things smoother, but it didn't really seem to help at all.
Below are pictures of it at 12 hours and at 32 hours, showing how it hasn't moved in any way whatsoever.

Solution
If it is an external drive, ditch the clone concept.
Just copy the data over.

And I recommend doing it by individual folders, rather than trying to grab the whole thing at once.

The source drive seems to be failing. Get whatever you can, in small slices.
