Can't decide which build I make

Hey what do you guys recommend me? This pc:

I'd be very thankful if you could tell me the reason too.
I'm gonna play in a 1080p 60hz monitor and probably will start uploading gameplays

You'll probably want more ram, and a 1060 is more than capable of feeding 60 fps at 1080p. It's a better overall system for 60hz 1080p on the second one. I'd go that route

I would say the second, because GTX 1070 is an overkill for 1080p@60Hz. Try to get the RAM down to 2400-3000MHz, and invest the money in another component.

You really do want faster ram with ryzen. It adds noticeable performance vs 2400 speed ram

Yeah, but the difference between 3000, and 3200, for example, is negligible – most games will run 100FPS+ or more at 1080p@60, while his monitor is capped at 60 anyway, so it won't matter, really.
If he can get 16GB 3200MHz RAM for $130, something like G.Skill Ripjaws V Series, he can add the $20-$25 leftover to CPU, Mobo, case, etc.
