Good Gaming Headset?

iv been looking around for a better head set setup than what I currently have. I have turtle beach px4 and have served me quite well over all my consoles but for pc they just don't seem loud enough while playing pubg everyone on my team says they here vehicles but I don't hear crap. my mobo is an ASUS Maximus code IX. should I just buy a whole new headset or get a sound card and see if having DDL will make a difference? should I get both? any suggestions on what I could buy/do? budget is about 250.

Also wold prefer full wireless if possible with some sort of surround sound

My current headset is the turtle beach stealth 450. They give good surround and nice volume control. Plus its wireless. Other than that probably the razer kraken or corsair void headset. But everyone has their own tastes. As for the sound card I dont notice much of a difference from asus's supremefx on my maximus ix hero.

I have Hyper X Cloud 2's. They are not wireless but they have 7.1 surround sound and are very comfortable
