PSU Help for PC...

Anyone got a good PSU recommendation for a Ryzen 1600 with a GTX 1060 that is reliable under full load for 6 hrs a day?

(Along with possibilities of upgrading to better CPU and GPU's that are slightly more power consuming.)

(Be kind on my budget please, no higher than £50)

EVGA/Corsair/Seasonic 650W Gold 80+, and forget about anything else.

That's not totally true.

1. You don't need a 650W psu. 400/500 watts will be enough.
2. There's a lot of difference in quality (some psu's will last 10 years, others die after 2 years, even from Corsair)

Some good PSU's:
- Corsair RM550x
- Corsair CX400m
- Seasonic G-series 450 W
- Be Quiet Pure power 10 400W

Considering upgrading, SLI/Crossfire, and overclocking, 650W/750W seems reasonable and Future-proofing. IMHO, EVGA SuperNova 650W Gold 80+ is the best.

Every gen you get cards that use less power, so with 450 watts he should definitely be fine. 650/750 W is overkill.

Let's assume he upgraded to a GTX 1080 Ti or a Ryzen 7, for example, that would change matters around, and he wouldn't need to worry about upgrading the PSU. It's a peace of mind, if pocket wouldn't mind.

Even a 1080ti would run fine on a 550w psu.

It's beter to choose a stable 550w psu, than choosing a bad 650/750 watts psu.
