So my computer went blues screen recent, and I manage to get everything running again. But the question is once I reboot it, cpu is running slow, which shows following problems.
1. Its slow to open anything on the computer
2. Its just took 3 windows to makes the cpu loads ran up to 100%
3. Sometime computer randomly froze, "only" restart will change the status.
4. randomly restart.
5. cpu fans running 100% can't be adjusted though software (I have corsair AIO water cool, no matter I just plug in fan directly to mobo or to AIO, fan always ran 100%, and can't be adjusted throw corsair link and other mobo fan controls)
Things I did try to solve these issues.
1. reinstall system and install all the updates till now.
2. clear all the hardware interruptions by install new rams, took out GPU and unplug all the unnecessary parts.
So now I still can't quite figure out what goes bad or wrong. It shouldn't be software since the OS is reinstalled, with all the updates till today and wiped clean clean before I did that, only have c drive and a empty drive left. and shouldn't be things like GPU, PSU, Ram, AIO water cool, and yes all the hard drive is checked too. I need help to tell me how to check is the mobo gone wrong or cpu.

MB: Z97A MSI gaming 6
CPU: 4790K (never over heat, over clocked)
Ram: Corsair vengeance 4*8 GB @ 2400Hz
HD: samsung 850 Pro *3
GPU: Gigabyte 1080 Extreme
AIO water cool: Corsair 115
PS: its in urgent to fix the computer make it running properly again, got lots work on it can only be work on this specific computer. Plus can't even load single youtube video lol.
