Alright, I've been at this for like three hours, and I'm just done. I'm not even sure what's wrong at this point, as I find nothing on it. The more I look the more confused as to what's wrong, as is evidenced by the title of this question.
I'll get to the point: How do you activate the dedicated VGA slots on this Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3 (Socket AM4) Motherboard?
GPU is VEGA 1050 TI, CPU is Ryzen 7, 16GB of Vengeance (red) RAM. First PC build.
Thanks in advance.

Solution
You can't. The onboard video ports only work with an APU(AMD cpu with a built in gpu), the R7s do not have an igpu so the onboard video ports are dead.

That is somewhat disappointing. Is there any hardware I can slap on the motherboard to force them to work? Or should I just get an adapter?
Thanks again, now I won't go prematurely bald.

The only way to get those working would be to replace the Ryzen 7 with an APU(when they come out) but the cpu in that APU will(in all likely hood) be a downgrade in cpu power.

If you just need a few more video outputs grab a cheap gpu like a GT 710 or 1030.

How many displays are you wanting to run?
