If I overclock my i7 7700k with no voltage change will it still last the same amount of time as if I didn't overclock it

If you overclock it, keep it under 80C and , 1.4 volts, it will outlive the machines usefulness. The question, as written can not be answered as I have never seen nor head of a CPU being reported as dying from overclocking if kept < 80C and 1.4V
