I'm looking for a graphics card for around 150$ (can be a little more but I'd have to save) that can run Player Unknown's Battlegrounds and Csgo. I don't need it to run on max settings or anything like that. My Current Graphics card doesn't have DirectX 11 which limits me a lot so I'd like to have that. I've been digging around and a lot of people say the Radeon HD 7790 and it's on sale for 80$ right now on Newegg. Any suggestions? Also ask if you need my PC specs or anything like that.

Because of prices, the 1050 Ti is your best bet for that particular game. The 1050 Ti is DX 12 capable, which means it'll handle previous DX versions as well.

A 7790 would handle CSGO no problem but PUBG really needs a bit more for 1080p. I'd suggest sticking with the 1050 Ti, since that game currently also runs better on Nvidia cards anyways. This all assumes your CPU can handle PUBG.

I have a Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU W3505 @ 2.53GHz. You think my cpu will run it?

I have a gtx 1050 ti with fx6300, it holds average 50-60 fps on 1080p with settings on low/medium in pubg and 150-200 fps in csgo on 1080p max settings. Beware of throttling with a slower cpu tho, 6300 is on 60-70% usage in pubg even with 4.4 ghz oc.
