16gb ddr4 ram
850w psu
1920x1080 monitor 75 hz
In games like Squad, Rising Storm 2 vietnam, and arma 3, I see people get 100's of frames with the same specs i have in 1080p. for some reason i dont get these. In squad i get a max of 40 fps and dips into the 20's and teens. In Rs2 i get a max of 30 with consistent drops into the teens or even into the single digits. I uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers, made my 1080ti my default gpu, turned off Vsync, and made sure everything was plugged in correctly. im all out of ideas. If someone could give me a sugestion that would be great!
