Will the Saphire Radeon RX 460 bottleneck with my old Phenom II 6x 1100

Hey everyone i have a 5 year old Pc with a pheonom II 6x 1100 and a Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 moba. Now i would like to put in a Saphire Radeon RX 460 4gb. Will that work?
also what ram would u guys recommend?

yes the 460 is fairly weak

jump up to a gtx 1050 ti

ddr3 1600, at least 8gb's
