My Corsair 3200 ram was stuck at 2066 or similar with same Mobo. I just upgraded my BIOS to the December 4 2017 most recent BIOS, then went into BIOS settings, and bumped to 3066, worked, then 3200, worked. Give it a try....

Are you running the LATEST BIOS -- https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B350-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/ 0809 ?

The Team Dark 3200 does not show up on the qualified list from Asus. The Team Dark 3000 RAM is listed as running at 2666 on the Asus qualified list. It may be that this RAM won't run at maximum speed on that motherboard.

Bad luck m8. U have to wait until u get another bios upgrade. If u cant get into 3000mhz just go for 2666mhz. There is not much difference in performance: 1-3 FPS difference in games... dont bother about it m8 ;)
