Is that true?

In most cases the differences in gaming performance between memory models is very small. Is paying for RGB lighting something that will improve your gaming? Only you can answer that question.

To follow up with what kanewolf states I buy RAM that as long as it is a better known brand I purchase on cost.

I can't say for sure if the mobo supports without the model info but 3200 MHz is pretty much a standard speed on Z270 boards. You will have to likely load the XMP profile in BIOS to get this speed.
