My New graphics card is gigabyte windforce GTX 1050 OC 2 GB not boot up on Gigabyte g a 78lmt usb3 rev 6.0........ System ------- PSU is Crosier VS 650w ,..... CPU FX 6300....... RAM Kingston Hyper X 1866 MHZ 8GB

With monitor connected to integrated GPU, go in to BIOS and look to see if you need to change the GPU setting to PCI Express. I had to do that on my system, but it's an old ASRock motherboard, don't know if it applies to Gigabyte boards but worth a look.
