I think he/she wants to more properly ground themselves by using a wall outlet instead of attaching to a table leg or something else large and metal.

I'll say it again. Don't connect yourself to any of the pins on a wall outlet or appliance unless you know what you are doing.
Electricity hurts and can kill.

Offroadguy56 , I did not fully get what you said, but I guess you sound like it wont work. And Can you please give me other methods where to attach the end of my anti static wrist band. I do not want to use the touching case method because I dont know if Im getting a case with a metal or not. And I dont want to use the PSU method because I want to start off with the cpu and motherboard during my first pc build and no hassle and more freedom just like other youtubers building a pc without using the psu method

Well now you've fully explained what you're trying to achieve you are more likely to get helpful replies!

Remember, we are here to help but none of us are mind-readers!

Buy a metal case then you'll know you'll have somewhere to clip the ESD strap to.
Incidentally, I've built & upgraded several PCs, never once used an ESD strap, they are to restrictive when moving around. Not necessary, common-sense is free.

Here's how to use your wristband properly.

Attach band to wrist, attach cord to anything metal. Preferably something plugged into the wall that is already grounded or to something like a table leg.

Your case is an option. Better option would be a table leg. Best option would be the power supply after it has been plugged into the wall, just attach the end of the wristband to the outside of the powersupply.

Philip Corcoran, Its really hard to choose a case that has a metal with it because when I search up cases, It doesnt give specifications or information or titles if the case have a metal in it. And this is my first gaming pc, I dont want to fuck it up, Im relying on the PCPartList, and Youtube Gaming PC Videos. So Its really hard, But ill guess Ill go with the psu method.
Can you check this one if it has a metal or not: ? https://www.amazon.com/NZXT-Tower-Computer-White-CA-S340W-W1/dp/B00NGMIBXC
