Hi, I had 4X4 Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 RAM in my machine.

I experienced blue screens so I removed 2 memory cards.

I never tried overclocking, and cards dont have any scratch or physical damage. also I didn't make any special settings in bios.

Is it a risk to test this (probably) bad RAM in another machine for 30 minutes in memtest.
I want to make sure is it bad or is it some other reason that it didnt worked in first machine.

Can this ram damage a motherboard or any other component?

Solution
Be sure just that voltage is matched;
I am pretty sure that faulty RAM can't damage motherboard, only wrong voltage maybe could somehow affect slots and CPU controller.
