Samsung Galaxy S6 Kills Internet speed on other devices.

So the problem is I have a samsung galaxy S6 with Android 7.0 but when I connect it to Wifi it kills the Internet speed to other devices.I tried alot of solutions but nothing worked like doing a clean install to my computer and clean install to my phone itself.I desactivated auto updates from play store and sync and those dropbox and google+ auto sync or whatever.but doesnt happen when I connect other phones to my wifi as I have a Samsung Trend Plus and a Samsung S5 and they make no problem.And the Internet speed is slown on all other devices not only the computer.And my computer is connected via Ethernet.And it also affects ping as it gets from 50-70 to 1200+.

Perform a Speed Test with Phone NOT CONNECTED and then re-run the test with it connected to give everyone an idea of what you're talking about.

I dont have a slow internet connection but my phone slows it very hard.
