so i'm a bit of a noob in pc builds but i want to build a game pc under €1100 that doesn't have a ssd just a 1tb hard drive, 16gb of ram and for the rest just bang for the buck.
here are some parts i've already chosen:
Corsair Carbide SPEC-02 Red LED, €58
Intel Core i5-7600, €211
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming. €480
These are about the best you can get for the money that you can get in Belgium though the prices don't really differentiate.
here is a usefull site where you can search parts in (belgium) and you'll be able to see the prices https://tweakers.net/

The R5 1600 is around 199 and overclocks to match a 7600K at near max overclock. IE it will run circles around the i5-7600 plus the AM4 to overclock it is lower cost B350. If you want a quad core Intel then wait till Intel launchs the coffee lake which current i5/i7 become i3's. Intels new CPU's are i5/i7 6 cores. Everything is moving to 6 core in only about 1~2 months. Intel is announcing the coffee lake on the 21.

The price on that video card is impossible in belgium. Here is all the parts but the card. The card price is from germany. To get the 1070 you will have to cut a lot of corners. The Ryzen 1200 can be overclocked to match the i5-7400.
