Gpu:Amd Radeon tm hd 8510g
OS:Windows 10 Home
Resolution 1366 x 768?
Hp notebook special edition beats audio

Laptops/Notebooks graphics cards are different than Desktop ones. You can replace your GPU, if you are mad enough to do so, as it will cost more than a new laptop.
