Hey ,
Today i wabt to ask you that right now i am getting 18-30 fps in max payne 3 .
I have 192mb vram will increasing vram also increases fps.
As i have intel hd graphics i can increase my vram upto 1gb.

You need a dedicated gfx card for games like that. Increasing the system RAM that the iGPU uses for its memory may help a bit (on paper), but I doubt you'll notice it.
