I'm building a gaming Pc for my friend, we got a Dell Vostro 260 as a base. The gpu is an RX 560 and requires no power. Booting the PC up withput the gpu works fine, but when we put the gpu in there is no boot. None of the parts are dead I put it on my test bench. We tried a different psu but there was also no boot.
