Some programs will show marginal PSUs when running, particularly Furmark. Some (Prime95) will stress the CPU more than normal and show overclocks that are not quite stable, etc... some heavy tasking will overheat a system with barely adequate cooling....

I know I have adequate cooling for the 27minutes I was running the test I was averaging 67c and maxing at 73c, so I don't think it had anything to do with temperatures
