cats are magical and can find the hidden key combos us simple humans cannot. This is revenge, its left you almost incapable of using PC as it takes out mouse and windows key in 1 move.
On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
lets see if system restore can fix it
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose system restore - choose a date from before cat sabotaged PC and click next, PC should roll settings back to then and hopefully fix this
does taking batteries out of keyboard and back in reset it?
