Mobo: MSI 970
GPU: MSI R9 280X 3GB
CPU: AMD FX-8350 8 Core

I was on my computer like i normally was playing overwatch into the earlier hours of the morning until i slightly moved 1 cable to charge my headset and then a sudden black screen happened with 1 long beep and 2 short beeps following it. I have removed all sticks of RAM (3 in total), booted from each in their original slots and others 1 by 1 and still got these beeps. Re-seated my GPU still got it, cleared my CMOS by removing the battery for 30 seconds and re installing it. NEED HELP. Part of me believes it to be that my GPU just died on me suddenly but want to try everything before worrying about getting the money to replace it.

The GPU fans were spinning whenever i tested it, can the card stil be faulty even if the fans were spinning? If yes then i guess i will have to get another GPU then :/

yup made sure i had it all as it was when it was working,. i had an old amd x4 athlon and gigabyte mobo (cant remember the fill name specifically) and the R9 280X didnt work in that one either. Had to compromise and my gtx 1060 with the amd x4 i have which seems to be working fine as of now. Think i got ultra unlucky and fried my CPU, mobo and GPU at the same time
