windows 8.1 /boot/bcd

i have asus a 68hm-k motherboard 4gb ram and seagate1tb hd i recently bought it and installed windows 8.1 and after installation i removed the pendrive i restarted my pc and it gives me ctl+alt+del and then put on pendrive and started stsrtup repair it shut down and turned on gives me /boot/bcd error cant use my pendrive wont go back i cant do anything now what do i do

OK, the bcd/boot partition should be on the hdd but it sounds to me like it never created it.

does it let you boot into the installer off the USB?
we can try to fix the boot files

normally the one way to fix this is a fresh install but you just did that. See if fixing boot partition fixes it.
