Hello all,

I need help with my Corsair H105 making a weird humming/buzzing noise. The motherboard is an MSI X370 Pro Carbon. I do not know how to fix the issue? Any help would be greatly apppreciated!

Here is a video of a link from Youtube that sounds exactly like my issue. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25515gnTmjM)

Thank you all

Or is a little noise normal? I just never heard with with my prior one, which was stock and a single 120MM Radiator.

If it the pump making that buzz noise, than yeah I would request a replacement because there's no excuse for pump making that buzz noise when it only move liquid to your CPU.

it is not unusual to hear some pump noise, especially if the pump isnt top of the line(most aio's are not) but usually its muffled inside the closed case or drowned out by just the ambient noise around you. if its the noise at the very end of the video, the buzzing, it sounds like the pump is struggling and could be on its way out. does it go away after a little bit? if so it may still have a bit of life left in it but will likely fail eventually.

if its the noise from the beginning of the video, the gentle hum, its the normal sound from the pump and your best bet is to put the side of the case on if its off, and/or move the tower under the desk or somewhere where its further from your head until its no longer perceptible(probably just a matter of a foot or two and/or orientation)

Sometimes you could receive a defective unit, but good thing is your doesn't leak at all like this guy on Amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R24QCGZOVDACHA/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B00B4OCW7K ) but yeah I would request a replacement one though. I prefer fan buzz noise over pump buzz noise. Fan can't cool your CPU when your pump start acting strange.

Let try to see if this is the pump or the fan. Unplug the fan that cool the radiator and check if it still making the buzz noise.

Yes it the pump block. When I unplug it, there is no noise. It goes away when I change Bios from PWM to DC. But the temp goes up by about 8 degrees as well
