I was just using Prime95 but i cant understand the results please explain i m not much experienced

i usually use my pc for c++(learner though)
some html coding
and gaming(mostly)

also cant play that much high end games

P95 has pretty much outlived its usefulness but for PC testing the only "result' folks are generally looking for is that machine didn't crash. If it can run for the desired amount of hours, folks are happy. If it crashed it's "back to the drawing board" for their OC settings.
