high disk usage

everytime i turn on my pc the disk usage is at 100% for about 3 minutes and then it slowly goes down to 1%. should i worry about this and uninstall some of the apps which are using the disk or just leave it as it is.

Its normal, this is the day and age of SSD's; it can make an old system look snappy. A 120 gb ssd for just the OS is a good investment.
