Is it possible to Download Windows 7 onto Usb to custom pc?

Hi I was wondering if it would be possible to order Windows 7 onto my email then put it on a USB drive to put it on my new custom PC build. Iv'e seen Youtube video's using USB drives but they got the Windows from a disc. But im not sure if it's possible from Email delivery ->
USB -> Custom PC Build If you know please tell me. The reason of me doing this is because I ordered Windows 7 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't come.

If you have the valid license key, you can download the ISO direct from MS, from the above link.

Then, burn it to your own USB with this: Rufus

To download the Win 7 ISO from Microsoft, you'll need a valid license key.

Do you have that yet? Where did you buy this that it is taking 2 weeks to deliver?

Well I bought It from somewere else other then Microsoft.com but he said he shipped it but it doesn't look like it but I can get a refund any way if I want to. Also the package I delivered it had the installation disc for 64 bit and It had the valid license key. But the reason I want it from email is because it can come instantly. Put it on a USB then install it on my pc.
