Hey guys so i just bought a new graph card 2 days ago gtx 1050 geforce oc 2gb, and i still got low fps i installed all drivers updated it
here are my specs:

AMD a4-5300 APU with radeon graph
RAM 8gb
Nvdia geforce gtx 1050
Motherboard : asus a6hm-plus

Solution
That cpu is way too old to give you any decent fps specially on recent games. Its surely even bottle-necking that card. You should have changed your platform before changing the card.
That cpu is equal to the dual core Pentiums from the last decade. Change your platform to get better better performance and utilize that card fully.

make sure the monitor is hooked up to the card and not the motherboard

cpu is way too weak for gaming, that dual core must go

make sure the motherboard bios is up to date

drop in a AthlonX4 880K

i already have an 8gb ram
and another question i got 450 wat power suplie is that enough for evrything including gtx 1050?

That 8gb is DDR3. You will need DDR4. Kabylake doesnt support DDR3.
450W should do, if it is good quality.
