Buying a new gaming pc and i don't know if its good

Its my first time buying a new pc , never built one and i dont know if the specs are good enough for playing all the good and new games , and ill post some of the pictures he sent to me , please tell me if its good enough as he says

I didnt buy it , yet , the price is somewhere to 200 euros and wow really? It cant even run modern games? Because what he said is that he can run gta 5 on ultra with 50 fps.. and that he wants me to test it if i dont belive it..

It can run Gta V, i dont think in ultra though( maybe but not in 1080p resolution, his screen has 1680x1050 resolution) , Gpu and Cpu kinda old , ( Gpu is 1gb , not 4gb like the picture says)

What about other games like World Of Warcraft, League Of Legends , CSGO, PUBG, Skyrim? Can it run them, and how many fps do you think it can run on gta 5 and these other games?
And if i get an upgrade, what should i get?

You can play all these games except PUBG ( not even with upgrades , or upgrades that will cost more than this system making them no worthy ) Dont know how many fps you will get GTA V ... ( i will randomly say around 30-35 overall)
In my country used pc similar to this costs around 150€ , i dont know the prices in your country , maybe it is worth the 200€ ...

* I dont think that any upgrades will be usefull to this system since socket 1366 is outdated ( Only upgrade which would be worthy its a cpu - motherboard- ram - gpu , but this is a whole new system)

Okay thank you very much but what do i do if when i test it everything he said is true? What is gta really runs at 50 fps on ultra ? Do i buy it ? Is it worth the price? And one thing does it having an i7 processor change something? (Sorry i really dont know a single thing about pc's) he said he has double gtx 450 and that this pc was made for hosting servers, and costed 1000 euros at the start

Buddy, pls dont waste your time or effort with the build. Look elsewhere, there are better used products available elsewhere. Better buy first hand with budget components.

Yeah dude but the price is too high, here where i live its too much and i wont find these components you gave me here at that price , they are too expensive, you're comparing a 200~ euros pc to a 331 euros one..
