So question is should i upgrade to i5 7500 ?
next upgrade will be gtx670 to 1060 6gb

If that is an acceptable cost for you, the upgrade to a new Intel platform would be the way to go. The two rigs in my sig below are both overkill for me at 1080p/60Hz... just the way I like it ;-)
Keep in mind, Intel is releasing their new Coffee Lake platform this month. August 21, last I heard. But I imagine prices and availability will be a consideration.

If you're willing to move to the new platform yes. But it will get more expensive than just buying a new CPU and card. New motherboard, RAM, and maybe a complete OS/pgms re-install.

The old i5-2400 can still keep up with a GTX 1060 if you simply need more gfx power. I have a i5-2400 and a GTX 1060. The i5-2400 games fine with it at 1080p/60 hz.

thanks for answer. but i feel like my cpu is forcing itself for running heavy games. like witcher 3 , dishonored 2.
Even csgo is lagging sometimes. if these problems are gone when moving 7series i would awesome :D

Mobo 80 USD , CPU 220 USD, RAM around 60-80 USD , VGA 280 , logistics costs around 40 USD. extra ssd 80 USD
approximately 800 USD. i dont know seling my current setup and build this one is worth it. or wait 1 more year maybe ?
