PSU recommendation needed

Hello, I was wondering if i could get a psu recommendation for my build, I tired buying a 1000w psu "xilence" but my pc currently cuts out (restarts without bluescreening) during games and also give a bit of stuttering lag every once in a while, so as a side question is that because of my current psu?

No i dont think it is cause of your PSU .. Have you monitor your temps ??? i7 7700k is a thermal beast and this :https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/99DwrH/arctic-cooling-cpu-cooler-acfz13 maybe cant keep temps cool enough.

no it's not my psu thats the problem I replaced it but still the same issue.

I'm looking at my heat through Speedfan and all my temp are below 31C however my GPU is spiking to around 60C+ (60C-80C) when playing a game such as PUBG. most around 70% of restarts happen while loading in or out of a game.

oh I'm not overclocking or anything like that either.
