Please take a moment to thoroughly read the description below before responding to the subject line.

This computer build started with PSU initially replaced. Computer was able to run, recognizing all sata ports, and running fine save for the random reboots it would do periodically. It was deduced to being a bad PSU and a replacement was ordered. Old PSU was a Thermaltake 750W. Once the PSU was replaced, the old mobo (Gigabyte GA-X99-UD3) would not recognize any of the sata ports. I had replaced the type4 power from the old to the new, updated the bios, hard reset the bios, and ensure the bios was set properly with UEIF enabled and AHCI. Nothing. Thinking this could still be hardware issue, I replaced the GA-X99-UD3 for a Tomahawk. Installed all hardware, booted it up, and nothing.

Below is a sample of what is seen from bios. Please note that there are 5 HDDs and a single SSD with Win10 installed. If you come from a tech background, the chances of all 6 storage devices going bad at the same time is equivalent to winning the lotto. I am not ruling it out completely, as equipment are known to leave anyone surprised.
