Computer stuck in restart loop before BIOS

My computer is currently stuck in a restart loop before the BIOS screen so about every 5 seconds. I just installed new i5 7600k proccessor 7th gen. My mobo was made to support 6th gen cores but ive been told it may support the 7th gen if i update the boards BIOS. Is there anything else i should try?

Did you update the BIOS before you changed the old processor to the new one? If you didn't then you need to stick a 6th gen CPU in the motherboard and update the BIOS before you put the new 7th gen CPU in.
