Free trail windows 10 and 4GB meets just about all games min RAM requirement. GTA 5 for example only requires 4GB's. CSGO only requires 2GB's. Overwatch is 4GB's so it works. The OP should save up for a 16GB RAM kit first upgrade then I would suggest a SSD.

The CPU can be overclocked to match a i5-7400 so upside its worth upgrading as the OP can. The 1050ti is great so its should last a good while.
The cpu comes with stock cooler which should be sufficient.
Purchase a key and activate Windows later on... https://www.howtogeek.com/244678/you-dont-need-a-product-key-to-install-and-use-windows-10/

This will be the best performer. You can easily replace or expand the storage later.

I found this build, sounds pretty good to me for £400. Here are the specs, tell me what you think.
Windows 10
Corsair Carbide Air 240 MATX + 3 Corsair SP120 Fans
Corsair RM650x Modular PSU
Intel Pentium G4560 Kaby Lake Processor
ASUS Prime B250M-Plus Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 8GB DDR4/2400
Zotac NVidia GeForce 1050GTX Ti 4GB GDDR5
Seagate Barracuda 1TB SATA 3 HDD
TP-Link Archer T9E AC1900 Dual Band WiFi

Ryzen requires a high memory bandwidth to the CPU. It works best at 3200MHz Dual Channel (i.e. 2x4GB). The memory bandwidth you have is effectively 1200MHz as it's 2400MHz single channel.

4GB is not sufficient for gaming either.

It's a very poorly balanced system because it skimps on system memory to try to fit in a better CPU/GPU etc.

A little more money to get at bare minimum 2x4GB 2400MHz that changes things but that's not where we are at, plus you also need WINDOWS.

Honestly I would just suggest the @OP to get 8gb of ram from the start: it will save time and money, and running non-esports titles will actually be reasonably possible. You might be able to save a bit on the PSU, however everything is as budget as you can possibly get!
