Should I update STRIX B250F GAMING Bios from Stock to Version 0809 2017/07/28

I am not having any issues with my system and I know some people say only update bios if you have a problem but I wanted some advice.

As the title says I was thinking about updating my STRIX B250F GAMING Bios from manufacturers stock version 0310 2017/01/10 to 0809 2017/07/28.

I don't plan to upgrade my system for a few years so shouldn't have any compatibility issues to resolve, it would be more to do with general bug fixes and stability improvements.

I have altered settings in bios before but never updated it, I believe it is now easier to do as it is done within the updated UEFI software.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks both, I think I will hold off for now but update if i run into any problems that I can't solve. I suppose I was hoping for a reply from somebody who had recently done the same update saying 'Yes do it, all went fine and noticed some improvements with X,Y,Z'
