Hi everyone, I'm looking for some help on why this is happening.

Build:
i5-2400
mATX MoBo, supports DDR3 up to 2133, 1 HDMI, 1 VGA(Not sure of brand)
8GB Corsair Vegence (as well as a 8GB PNY and 8GB G-Skill red)
EVGA 450 BT PSU
120 Samsung Evo SSD
500GB Seagate HDD
Radeon 270 2GB

I've gone through all the testing that is on the Forum Stick on what to do before posting to the forum about this particular question and went to a ton of existing questions with "Solved" but I can't seem to get this figured out.

I get a no display with VGA and HDMI on the integrated motherboard. I tried using the Radeon 270 and didn't get display with the DVI or HDMI.
I've checked with a more powerful and reliable powersupply ( EVGA 750 B2) and i still got no display, changed various cables on between the monitors as well. i have the speaker in and I get no beeps at all, everything powers on and I can hear it all working.

CPU is fully inserted, when I take the ram out it beeps for RAM. When i replace in either slot I don't get any beeps but still no display.
This makes me think its the MoBo and to RMA it to the seller, but any advice would be appreciated. I went through everything on the forums and have built plenty of computers before so this is an odd one..

Cheers to the best community on the web!

You try it without the 270 in the system at all? You could get a POST card and try that. Check and make sure all the little cables are seated properly on the mobo and not missing any like cpu fan or something simple like that. I saw you had 2 different rams. Are they both buffered\unbuffered? Can't cross those.

Oh and try a different cpu if you got one.
