My HDD gets fragmented fast

Hi, i've seen other threads about this but they only get 1 or 2% fragmentation and they say its "a lot". But I get around 10% a day after only 4/5 hours of use. It's my OS drive and it is partitioned but the other half is not partitioned so the HDD is faster, only 40gb is used out of the 120gb of the partition. I used to use Windows Defrag but it hardly did anything and now I use defraggler, any ideas?

Solution
Who is "they" that says that 1 or 2% is a lot ???? Even 10% is not enough to be concerned about. Just turn on autodefrag and don't worry about it. If you want more performance, get an SSD.
Even with windows XP, the last that it mattered at all 17 - 20% was considered as a start of being somewhat concerning and starting to influence HDD performance. It was in Fat32 file system that fragmentation was a problem while with NTFS it doesn't make almost no difference. NTFS deliberately keeps some empty spaces after data files so they could be expanded and that may appear as fragmentation in some programs.
Also keep in mind that that only one defragmentation process make HDD work as much as in several month of normal use.
