So i have some doubts that i hope can be cleared out, first of all i have a fully stock fx 6300 and i want to overclock it, the question is i have a really cheap and generic PSU, the one that comes with this Case: https://pcel.com/Acteck-WKGP-002-81017 (sorry if its in spanish, couldn't find an english one).
My motherboard is an ASUS ATX M5A97 R2.0
I heard the Hyper 212 evo is a really good cooler for this cpu, i was planning to buy one to reduce the awful jet turbine sound that makes the stock one and maybe overclock it to get a better performance but im not sure if im capabale of because of the PSU, can someone clear things out a bit for me, i have very little experience in building pcs and this is my first fully budget one. Thank you. If you need more info let me know.

Solution
PSU is least of your problems, even with top OC it's only adding 10-20W. Most increased load goes to VRM on the motherboard but that one should let you go to 4.5 GHz easy.
