My computer running alright almost 2 years until my computer suddenly turn off and I tried to turn it on but it won't turn on, no fan spinning.

I tested my PSU result is OK the fan is running. I unplugged the power supply from the outlet, and then I remove the CMOS from Motherboard for 10 minutes and return it, result is still not turning on. And then I removed all except for CPU and RAM to test my Motherboard result is still not turning on.

I don't have spare component.

Here are my components:
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC MATE
CPU: Intel i3 4160
GPU: Inno3d GTX 960
RAM: 1 Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB
PSU: Xigmatek Tauro 600w 80+ bronze.

Can I see any physical damage to my MoBo in this case? By the way, I dead anti-static wrist strap and touch the case. Also I feel a static when I tried to unscrew side panel of computer case if I plugged-in the power supply while off.

My last resort is go to technician for thoroughly check every component because I don't have spare components.
