Hello everyone!
So I have an old computer which was brought in 2003/2004 and last time I used to it was in about 2009. Recently I found it in my garage and decided to turn it on to get some photos that were saved on computer's HDD however I forgot the password to the system (it's Windows XP). So my question is, can I remove the HDD, connect it to my laptop via SATA cable and extract the files from it?
I know it's a bit of a silly question but I'm a noob in computer hardware.
