Crashes and freezes

all my games on steam work apart from a certain one called H1Z1 King Of The Kill . When i load it up it freezes my whole computer for about 5 seconds and makes some weird noise and then unfreezes and then when i try to load into a game it freezes for about 5 seconds and makes a weird noise again . Ive updated my graphics drivers, my cpu looks alright and ive just looked for drivers for my motherboard and there isnt any to download. not 100% sure though what the problem is maybe something to do with my graphics card, cpu or anything. help

Processor: i7 2600
Motherboard: Intel Corporation DQ67OW
RAM: 16GB DDR3
Graphics Card: GTX 1050

well my advice would be to purchase a branded PSU that is better than what you have here is my PSU info

I would recommend an EVGA SuperNova Gold G2 / or new G3 /GS / GQ, Platinum P2 / PS, or Titanium T2 or a Seasonic M12-II Evo or S12-II
GOOD PSU EVGA is a B2, G2, G3, P2, GS, PS, or T2. Avoid the EVGA B1 and G1 series/ I bought a EVGA G3 with 7year garentee

or a corsair 500 600 cxm there not very expensive but quite good not my cup of tea
