16-50mm lens kit can't attach properly to the camera.

Hi Tesetilaro, yeah sorry for didn't give any details. so i got a sony camera a5000 with the lens kit which is the sony lens F3,5 16-50mm one, and i just bought a new lens, ofc i wanna try it to my camera, but after i tried the new lens and i put my old lens (16-50mm) back, and i turned my camera on, it said "cannot recognise lens, attach lens properly "
and i have tried to release and re attached the lens , i tried to clean the gold things inside the lens, but still not working. and i don't know what should i do now. and yeah i need help. thank you
