Can't use NVIDIA Gamestream due to dll files missing.

Even though I used to have it working 2 days ago, Moonlight streaming on my phone from my PC doesn't work anymore. I have restarted both my phone and PC, reinstalled GeForce Experience, turned the gamestream option off and on, everything.

After looking in the install path for the streaming service, C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NvStreamSrv, by clicking on the exe it says I am missing 3 .dll files:

The code execution cannot proceed because libprotobuf.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
The code execution cannot proceed because MessageBus.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
The code execution cannot proceed because Poco.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I have tried downloading each individual dll and installing it, but (even though I could connect to my PC through Moonlight) whenever I tried to start a game it said that it failed, naming error 512.

Is there some way I can fix this? I know this is a pretty specific issue, as I don't know how many other people use Moonlight, but still.
