i5-7600K build vs cheaper i7-7700 build?

Both links are the same. I would go with the 7600k. Paired with a gtx 1070, it's a beast and will take on pretty much everything on ultra settings at 1080p.

That being said you'll get the performance of a 7700k if you get the Ryzen 5 1600 for about 100$ less. Build a custom PC. Pre-built rigs have cheaper PSU components and still cost more than a high-quality custom built PC.
