Effect on thermal paste from removing unused heatsink briefly?

When building yesterday I had to temporarily remove my Corsair - H100i v2 cooler from the motherboard, I then placed it back on about 10 minutes later. Will what I've done have an effect on the effectiveness of the pre-applied thermal paste, or even cause bigger issues? I haven't powered up the PC once, so no heat has gone through the cooler.
