What error messages do you receive?
Built in wireless adapter or USB adapter? Probably the former but felt it best to ask.
Run the Network Troubleshooter via "WIN + I" > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
Start with the Network Adapter.
You may need to reinstall the wireless adapter drivers via the manufacturer's website and then reconfigure the adapter.
